Michè - I had a go at just filling one in to give you the idea. To be honest, this one could just as easily go an our formal vucabbulariu, but other times it might not fit so well. You might prefer to have the Italian word first - in which case, that would provide a nice distinction from our formal one. You could then have the Sicilian and then the English (or drop the latter out entirely). Play around with it, and then make sure you copy the same structure across to each page.
